McMahon and Stewart of Cronheim Hotel Capital arrange $5.984 million

Lisa McMahon and Andrew Stewart of Cronheim Hotel Capital have arranged $5.984 million in financing for a 122-room Holiday Inn. The loan was structured for an affiliate of Chartwell Hotels, and features a 10-year term and 30-year amortization. The Holiday Inn was constructed in the late 1970s and renovated in early 2010. It encompasses four-floors, 122 guest rooms, and 5,300 s/f of meeting space within 5 meeting rooms. The property is located on North Main St. in downtown and is afforded convenient access to Interstates 93 and 89, as well as Rte. 4. The Capitol Building, Concord Hospital, the UNH School of Law, St. Paul's School, New Hampshire Technical Institute and PSNH/Bow Power Plant are also within close proximity to the property.
