McMahon of O,R&L Commercial sells 1.85 acre site for $600,000

1.85 acre site - Colchester, CT
Colchester, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the sale of the former Colchester Chevrolet site. The 1.85 acre site is improved with a 15,000 s/f commercial building that was long home to Jack’s Chevrolet Pontiac Oldsmobile.
Tim McMahon of O,R&L represented the seller, Camryn Realty and also procured the buyer RG Land Development, LLC led by member Bob Gagnon. The purchase price was $600,000.

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
