Littleton Commons Shopping Center - Littleton, NH

Exeter, NH Summit Realty Partners is completed two lease agreements on behalf of WJP Development, a Portsmouth-based shopping center owner. 

Ohana Kitchen has executed a 1,610 s/f lease at Exeter Commons Shopping Center. Ohana Kitchen is a Hawaiian-inspired poke bowl and sushi burrito concept. 

Exeter Commons is a shopping center located at the lighted intersection of Portsmouth Ave. and Alumni Dr. Ohana Kitchen joins several existing businesses at the center including Margaritas Mexican Restaurant, Rite Aid, Dollar Tree and One The Vine Market. Additional space is available for lease between 1,350 to 7,561 s/f.

Olympia Sports has executed a 5,208 s/f lease at Littleton Commons Shopping Center. Olympia Sports joins other national retailers at the center including TJ Maxx, Town Fair Tire and Game Stop to name a few. Their recent addition brings this 62,400 s/f shopping center to 100% occupancy. Littleton Commons is located in the center of Littleton’s regional retail shopping district and attracts shoppers traveling 30 miles to reach this retail corridor.
