McMahon of Summit Realty Ptrs. handles 7,496 s/f lease for REL

Exeter, NH Summit Realty Partners, Inc. has completed a lease agreement on behalf of REL Commons, a Portsmouth, NH based shopping center owner. 

A franchisee of Anytime Fitness has executed a 7,496 s/f lease at Exeter Commons Shopping Center with plans to open a 24-hour/7 days-a-week fitness studio offering self-directed training, personal training/coaching, and group training classes. Their classes incorporate both weight and cardio training methods. Exeter Commons is a well-known neighborhood shopping center located at the lighted intersection of Portsmouth Ave. and Alumni Dr. Anytime Fitness is taking over a former Advance Auto Parts and joins several existing businesses at the center including Margaritas Mexican Restaurant, Ohana Kitchen, Rite Aid, Dollar Tree, Friendly Pets and On The Vine Market.
