McWeeney of WS Development leases 40,000 s/f at Lisbon Landing
According to WS Development, Dick's Sporting Goods has signed on at Lisbon Landing, located on Rte. 12. Dick's will occupy an approximately 40,000 s/f store which will be located next to O'Neil Cinemas' Lisbon Landing Cinema 12.
"This is a strong market for Dick's. They'll have great visibility from I-395 and will be surrounded by a number of high-performing tenants," said Lori McWeeney, director of leasing, WS Development. "We're thrilled to bring Dick's Sporting Goods to Lisbon Landing."
At 560,000 s/f, Lisbon Landing is one of the region's largest open-air shopping centers and serves Eastern Connecticut and the I-395 corridor. In addition to the cinema, the center is anchored by The Home Depot, Kohl's, and Walmart Supercenter.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
