Melillo of Pearce Commercial, Hansen of CBRE broker Rockville Bank lease
Dave Melillo of the North Haven office of Pearce Commercial Real Estate represented Rockville Bank in leasing space at 2319 Dixwell Ave. Rockwell Bank, headquartered in Rockville, will operate a New Haven County commercial banking office to serve the greater New Haven market. Veteran area bankers Steve Villecco, Ray Kostka and Matt Proto have joined Rockville Bank to provide complete business banking services to customers in the area.
David Hansen of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, 2319 Hamden Center I, LLC.
