Men's Wearhouse to open 6,300 s/f store at Dartmouth Mall
Men's Wearhouse is slated to open its doors at Dartmouth Mall in spring 2010. The 6,300 s/f retailer will be located next to David's Bridal and feature high-quality yet affordable formal wear and accessories including suits, dress shirts, ties, shoes and sport coats. Tuxedo rental will also be available, as well as professional on-site tailoring and wardrobe consulting.
"We're proud to incorporate Men's Wearhouse into our retail mix at Dartmouth Mall," said Beth Zager, mall marketing director. "With high quality and affordable men's dress apparel, Men's Wearhouse adds another choice to our extensive roster of retailers for our shoppers."
Men's Wearhouse will open on the heels of Auntie Anne's Pretzels, which is scheduled to open this holiday season.
Dartmouth Mall is owned and managed by Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT). PREIT, founded in 1960 and one of the first equity REITs in the U.S., has a primary investment focus on retail shopping malls and community centers. Currently, the company's portfolio consists of 54 retail properties including 38 shopping malls, 13 community centers, and three properties under development. PREIT's properties are located in the eastern half of the U.S., primarily in the mid-Atlantic region. PREIT is headquartered in Philadelphia, Penn.
