Messore of Colonial Properties leases 11,400 s/f to Porch & Patio

According to Michael Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties, Inc., Fred Messore has negotiated a lease with Jicwm, LLC d/b/a Porch and Patio at 363 Boston Post Rd. Porch and Patio, a casual furniture dealer and fireplace retail showroom, signed a 5-year lease as the anchor tenant of the property and will occupy 6,400 s/f of retail/showroom space, as well as 5,000 s/f of warehouse/stock area. The building is a landmark property in Orange, as it formerly housed Porch and Patio for over 50 years. The new operator, Jeff Heitman expects to be open for the spring season. Messore was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the landlord, 363 Boston Post Road Associates LLC.
