Micallef of Olympus Group sells 20,000 s/f industrial building at 31 Graystone St.
Gregory Micallef, a broker with Olympus Group Real Estate, sold a 20,000 s/f single story industrial building at 31 Graystone St. for $805,000 to Primco Graystone, LLC.
The structure is located on a 1.4 acre site that was previously utilized for the manufacturing of heavy construction equipment and will be renovated as a warehouse/distribution center.
Micallef was the exclusive broker and represented the seller, 31 Graystone LLC and procured the buyer.
