Rye, NH Gregg Mikolaities, PE, has opened August Consulting, PLLC after the successful transition of the sale of Appledore Engineering, Inc., which Mikolaities cofounded in 1987.  August Consulting provides strategic real estate development and business consulting services, as well as expert testimony and peer review services.

Mikolaities has more than 35 years of planning, permitting, design and construction experience for all types of projects. Clients have included national and regional retailers, national development companies, universities, municipalities, Federal Government and dozens of regional and local developers.
