Monaco Group of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International sells $1.675 million

Warwick, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has sold 30 Angell Court for $1.675 million. The seller was represented by The Monaco Group, sales associates of Mott & Chace. Sandra Pellegrino of Coldwell Banker Residential Broker represented the buyer.

The waterfront property features views of Narragansett Bay. With four bedrooms and five and one-half bathrooms, this home has been renovated and extensively upgraded.

Landscaped grounds surround a spa and heated pool accompanied by a cabana. “The house is impressive,” says Bettina Monaco. “But the yard is incredible. The stone terraces provide the perfect space for entertaining.”

“Just steps away from Warwick Country Club, this home is very special. We are proud to have represented the seller,” said Marlene Robinson.

According to data available from Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service, this is the second highest residential sale in Warwick this year. Agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty have represented clients in four of the five top sales in the municipality in 2019.
