James Moore of Peter M. Scotti & Associates has completed two medical office transactions. The first was the sale of a 2,400 s/f medical office condominium located at 333 School St. The property was sold for $250,000. Moore represented the seller in the sale. The second was the lease of a 2,600 s/f medical office suite located at 49 Seekonk St. on the East Side of Providence. The medical office building at 49 Seekonk St. is a 9,400 s/f single story property with 50 onsite parking spaces undergoing renovations for Providence area medical practices. The tenant was Boston IVF/Providence Fertility Clinic. Moore represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
