James Moore of Peter M. Scotti & Associates has leased 10,120 s/f of office/R&D/lab space at 6 Blackstone Valley Place. Moore represented Mantrose-Haeuser Co., Inc. to relocate their research and development division. Mantrose-Haeuser Co. is a world leader in edible coatings and specialty products. Their new space will provide the company with a facility for future product development growth. The property owner is Valley Place Office Park LLC, managed by F. H. French Co. The 10-year lease began in August, after renovations of half of the space to laboratory finishes.
