Morizio of Colliers International brokers $4 million sale of Filley Pond Plaza
Filley Pond Plaza, the 58,634 s/f plaza located at 38-40 Tunxis Ave., was purchased by DeLaurentis Management Corporation for $4 million. Nicholas Morizio, SIOR, CRE of Colliers International represented both the seller, Tunxis Fund LLC and the buyer.
