Morris and Gagnon of O,R&L handle $2.1m sale to Aldi Inc.
Jay Morris and Phil Gagnon, CCIM, SIOR of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently represented the seller, Joseph D. Carey, in the sale of a 6.22 acre site at 2640 Berlin Tpke., for $2.1 million.
The site was purchased by Aldi Inc. for redevelopment with an Aldi grocery store. Atlantic Retail Properties represented the buyer.
