The historic mansion, constructed in the 1940s, encompasses more than 5,500 s/f and occupies 1.5 private acres fronting Easton’s Bay. The waterfront home is located in the scenic Cliff Walk section of the city’s eastern shore.

The address was undisclosed for privacy reasons. The transaction closed on Sept. 29.

“It was a pleasure to represent this grand estate, a luxurious retreat in one of Rhode Island’s most beautiful and in-demand locales,” said Morrison.
