Moskowitz of Heritage leases 1,254 s/f retail site in Brighton

Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp., Newton, recently leased 1,254 s/f of prime retail space in Brighton center. Located at 360 Washington St. at the corner of Chestnut Hill Ave. where it meets Market St., the space was leased to Frozen Custard of New England LLC II for its second location. The store will sell Abbott's Frozen Custard which is popular in the upstate New York area. Having been established in 1902, with its large windows facing the square and the corner location, it will be a destination for the ice cream alternative. Seating service and take-out will be available. The store opened recently after an extensive build-out. With the high population of students, young professionals and seniors, the owners expect great activity in the spring and summer seasons. Moskowitz, as sole broker, represented the lessor, BNF Realty Trust, and assisted the tenant.
