Mott & Chace sells 12 Sea Gate for $3.4 million
Narragansett, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 12 Sea Gate Dr. for $3.4 million. Judy Chace, co-owner/broker of Mott & Chace represented the seller. Erin Marsh, sales associate of Mott & Chace represented the buyer.
The oceanfront setting features views of the Atlantic Ocean. Available for the first time in generations, the classic Cape Cod style home sits on nearly three acres of ocean frontage on a private laneway off of Ocean Rd.
