Mott & Chace Sotheby’s sells
597 Beavertail Rd. for $7.819 million

Jamestown, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 597 Beavertail Rd. for $7.819 million. The sellers were represented Judy Chace, broker/co-owner and Erin Marsh, sales associate, both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Eric Kirton of Lila Delman Compass represented the buyers.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the second highest sale in Jamestown for 2024.

Perfectly sited on an elevated seven acres, “Lion Head” is an oceanfront estate with views of Newport Harbor. A private laneway leads to an architecturally designed classic stick and shingle home with contemporary flair and grace. The home has five oversized bedrooms and a kitchen.
