The penthouse closing was quickly followed by 1180 Ives Rd., Warwick, which sold for $2 million. The property was listed by Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sales associate, Heidi Farmer Piccerelli, and the buyer was represented by Ian Iannuccilli of RE/MAX Professionals. The closing marks the highest sale in Warwick since September 2014. “Rhode Island is more of a sellers’ market now than in recent years,” said broker/owner Ray Mott.
