Metro 300, LLC has acquired 300 Southborough Dr. from Scarborough Holdings, LLC. Thomas Moulton of NAI The Dunham Group was the selling agent.

The new owner will be performing extensive renovations to the building. All renovations will be completed under LEED program standards.
