Dover, NH The New Hampshire and Vermont Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has named Brian White, MAI, SRA as the 2025 president of the chapter.

The MAI designation is the highest commercial designation awarded by the Appraisal Institute who is the largest real estate appraisal organization in the country. The SRA designation is the highest residential designation awarded. White is a long-time board member with the chapter having previously served as president in 2013 and 2014.

White operates White Appraisal, a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm that has offices in Dover and Concord, New Hampshire. White Appraisal values all types of commercial real estate located in Southern and Central New Hampshire. White Appraisal specializes in the appraisal of income property, vacant land and preparing value impact opinions for variance relief.
