NAI Glickman, Kovago & Jacobs handles $1.753 million sale

Holden, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented the sale of 30 Salisbury St. by Sunnyside Marketing and Sales Co. Inc. to the town of Holden.

“The sale of the former Sunnyside Ford Auto Body Shop to the Town of Holden will be beneficial to the community in that the Municipal Light Department was in need of a centralized location for their operations to become more efficient,” said Michael Jacobs, managing principal of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs.“This sale is the third transaction involving the Sunnyside Portfolio of four properties in the last 8 months highlighting the demand for commercial space in this growing community.”

30 Salisbury St. is a 2.1-acre parcel with two service shop buildings – a 7,000 s/f building built in 1970 and a 3,300 s/f garage built in 1930.
