NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs mediate 1,700 s/f retail lease at 97 Boston Turnpike

Shrewsbury, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs on behalf of Jefferson Shrewsbury LP recently leased 1,700 s/f of retail space at 97 Boston Tpke. The new tenant, Massage Ultra will be relocating from their current location at 149 Boston Tpke. to the plaza. They will join several national retailers including Trader Joe’s, Total Wine, and Chipotle along with a mix of other local and regional businesses. Massage Ultra plans to open this new location in spring of 2024.

NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs managing partner Mike Jacobs and vice president Tim Whittredge represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.
