NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represents Nucor Rebar Fabrication, in $3.25 million sale

Westfield MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs industrial team represented the seller, Nucor Rebar Fabrication, in the off-market sale of 287 Lockhouse Dr., a 44,680 s/f, fully-leased industrial building. The property is occupied by a single tenant, White Cap, and sold for $3.25 million.

The buyer, Alterra Property Group, was also procured by the Glickman Kovago & Jacobs team made up of Jim Glickman, Cody Miner and Jonah Glickman.

“It was a pleasure representing Nucor and working with Alterra to add this IOS site to their growing portfolio. The property characteristics and existing tenancy made this an excellent investment opportunity for firms investing in the industrial outdoor storage subsector of industrial real estate,” said Cody Miner, VP of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. “We continue to see strong investor demand for industrial properties with outdoor storage across Massachusetts – highlighted by a competitive off market process on this deal.”

Nucor hired the NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs team for a tenant rep consolidation requirement at the end of 2025. After successfully finding Nucor a new 70,000 s/f facility outside of Hartford CT, the team was hired to sell a handful of fabrication facilities across New England. Two properties remain on the market for sale, a 38,000 s/f facility located in Pawtucket, RI, and a 34,000 s/f facility located in South Deerfield, Mass.
