Worcester, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs has sold a three-unit, 12,000 s/f retail building located at 17 East Mountain St. for $2.47 million ($205 per s/f).

The property was sold by Proko Realty Inc. to Signature Holdings LLC after a competitive marketing campaign that generated multiple offers. The transaction was brokered by Jonah Glickman, vice president, and James Glickman, principal, who represented the seller and identified the buyer.

And in a separate Worcester transaction, NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs negotiated the sale of an 8,500 s/f retail building located at 994 Grafton St. for $1.4 million. The property was sold by 994 Grafton Street Realty LLC to 994 Grafton LLC. The transaction was brokered by Jonah Glickman and vice president Cody Miner, along with James Glickman and principal Mike Jacobs, who represented the seller and procured the buyer.
