NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs sells 94 South Main Street for $880,000

 94 South Main Street - Lancaster, MA 94 South Main Street - Lancaster, MA

Lancaster, MA Cumberland Farms, Inc., headquartered at 100 Crossing Blvd., Framingham, has  acquired 94 South Main St. from Double P Realty, Inc., Shirley, Mass.

The 1.73-acre site - formerly a 11,100 s/f office building - will be a location for new Cumberland Farms gas/convenience store concept.

Michael Jacobs, principal at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented T. M. Crowley Associates of  Lincoln RI, the preferred developer for Cumberland Farms. Property sold for $880,000.

Construction commenced recently and store is slated to open in December.
