NAI Hunneman has brokered the $1.6 million sale of College Inn Apartments. NAI Hunneman's executive vice president and principal Carl Christie and Dan McGee, investment sales, represented the seller, Woodwalk Properties LP, and procured the buyer, Belchertown Road Partners LLC.
Located at 10 & 12 Belchertown Rd. (Rte. 9), the two apartment buildings were built in 1964, and were 100% occupied at the time of the sale.
