NAI Hunneman has brokered the sale of a 13-unit apartment building for $1 million. Located at 313 Essex St., the building was sold to Anthony and Colleen Rosati of Boxford. Gina Barroso, an associate at NAI Hunneman, represented the seller, Beverly-based Heller Trust. George Fallon of Tache Real Estate represented the buyers.
