NAI Hunneman brokers 12,275 s/f office leases on behalf of Centurion Realty

NAI Hunneman, brokered multiple leases totaling 12,275 s/f of office space on behalf of Centurion Realty LLC in Boston's Financial District.
Bonny Doorakian and David Cooney, senior associates at NAI Hunneman, represented the landlord, Centurion Realty, in all five transactions at 77 Summer St. and 184 High St.
The following tenants leased space at 77 Summer St., a 60,000 s/f office building:
* Career Collaborative, a nonprofit organization that seeks to end working-class poverty by helping adults get and succeed at life-changing jobs, took 3,911 s/f on the 11th floor. Tenant representatives were Kristin Blunt and Mike McElaney of Colliers Meredith & Grew.
* RE/Max Office, a residential brokerage firm, leased 2,700 s/f on the second floor. Tenant representative was Doorakian and Cooney of NAI Hunneman.
* TCognition Inc., an IT/software staffing, consulting and outsourcing services firm, leased 1,000 s/f. Tenant representatives were Doorakian and Cooney of NAI Hunneman.
The following tenants signed leases at 184 High St., a 59,235-s/f office building:
* Apex Environmental, an environmental, health, safety and engineering firm, leased 2,332 s/f. Tenant representative was Jim Griffin of GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners.
* Green Insurance, an insurance brokerage firm, leased 2,332 s/f of office space. Tenant representative was Kevin Brown of Brown & Wagner.
NAI Hunneman also brokered an office lease at 69 Canal St. in Boston's Bulfinch Triangle area.
National Telecommuting Institute, an educational/job-matching organization pioneering the development of telework jobs for Americans with disabilities, signed a new lease for 4,644 s/f. The institute will relocate its new headquarters from 11 Arlington St. Doorakian represented NTI in the transaction. Karyn McFarland and Matt Twombly of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord, Raymond Property Company.
