NAI Hunneman Commercial, a leading provider of commercial real estate services to corporations, institutions and the private market, recently brokered the $2.9 million sale of a 22-unit apartment building located at 1260 Mass. Ave.
Carl Christie, executive vice president and principal, and Dan McGee, financial analyst, both of NAI Hunneman Commercial, represented the seller, Lexington-based Boulos Realty Trust. The property was bought by Sanmartina LP.

The property is located by both Lexington Center and Arlington Center which feature a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Nearby, Rte. 2 provides easy access to Boston as well as the outer suburbs and Rte. 128, while Mass. Ave. leads to the heart of Cambridge, and goes through to downtown Boston.
