NAI Hunneman leases 16,086 s/f to Casa Systems
According to NAI Hunneman, its Suburban Leasing Group has brokered a new 16,086 s/f office lease to Casa Systems, Inc. at 100 Old River Rd.
Casa Systems, a leader in next-generation cable edge technology, will relocate to its corporate headquarters in April from its current location at 10 New England Business Center Dr.
The firm's Suburban Leasing Group, which includes James Boudrot, Brendan Daly, Evan Gallagher, Stephen James and Michael McCarthy, specializes in the representation of tenants and landlords in the Greater Boston suburbs and along Rte. 128 and I-93.
Rob Byrne and Brian McKenzie of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the landlord, Cross Harbor Capital Partners LLC.
