NAI Norwood Group completes $295,000 sale of 2743 Brown Avenue
NAI Norwood Group
Manchester, NH NAI Norwood Group completed the sale of 2743 Brown Ave. for $295,000. On the 1.75-acre parcel currently sits a multifamily residential building. Aron Brown of NAI Norwood Group represented the seller, the estate of Olga 
Katrycz, and assisted the buyer, DOB Land Holdings, LLC.
The purchaser of the land plans to tear down the existing structure and build a 10,000 s/f veterinary clinic.
All permits have been applied for at this time.
