NAI Norwood Group completes $300,000 sale

NAI Norwood Group completed the sale of Speedway Self Storage located at 966 Rte. 106. The facility consists of three buildings totaling 6,875 s/f with 59 units. Joseph Mendola of NAI Norwood Group represented the seller, Phillips Family Trust, and Bruce Holt of Century 21 Country Lakes Realty represented the buyer, Holt Acquisitions, LLC. The transaction closed in the amount of $300,000 according to the Registry of Deeds. Speedway Self Storage is located just south of the NH International Speedway. "It is a great size property for someone seeking to get started in the self storage business," said Mendola.
