Nashua, NH NAI Norwood Group completed the sale of 25,642 s/f of retail space located at 252 Daniel Webster Hwy., which is currently occupied by Staples, for $7.15 million. Staples, founded in 1985, is the world’s first office superstore and boasts over 1,500 stores in North America. 
Sam Kenny from NAI Norwood Group represented the buyer, Sarnia Seacoast LLC. Josh Kanter from Marcus & Millchap represented the seller, Forecast Nashua Partnership.
“This is another exciting acquisition for Sarnia Seacoast, which is continuously growing and always looking to acquire more properties in the Manchester to Seacoast area. They are happy to pick up another Staples location in N.H., which comes with a 5-year lease,” said Kenny.
