Atkinson, NH NAI Norwood Group sold 11 Industrial Way for $1 million. The building is a 14,142 s/f industrial/flex building that the previous owner had used as the headquarters for his business. 

Chris Norwood and Joe Robinson represented the seller. The buyer, was represented by Chris Goodnow of Goodnow RE Services.

The property was put under agreement in less than 30 days, partially due to high demand for industrial space in Atkinson and the surrounding area, given its close proximity to I-93 and the Massachusetts border. 

Robinson said, “We’re seeing a lack of inventory in the market help drive interest in these types of assets.”
