NAI Norwood Group sells 4,000 s/f to Cross Insurance in Exeter

According to NAI Norwood, Cross Insurance bought and moved to a free standing building on Portsmouth Ave. The 4,000 s/f building is located at 82 Portsmouth Ave. John Mueller, of NAI Norwood Group, represented the buyer, Cross Realty, LLC, who will operate Cross Insurance in the new location. Jean Kane represented the seller. The buyer had worked with Mueller for a couple of years, looking for the perfect opportunity to purchase a high profile location on Portsmouth Ave. Cross Insurance believes that the improved visibility, convenient onsite parking and easy access to Rte. 101 will make it easier to serve and satisfy their customers. Current plans call for a move-in date of mid May.
