NAI | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston signs 9,893 s/f lease with Stephen Gould at Riverwalk

Lawrence, MA According to NAI | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston, Stephen Gould, a global provider of custom product solutions and supply chain management services, has signed a lease for 9,893 s/f at 282 Merrimack St. within the Riverwalk Innovation District.

NAI Parsons Commercial Group’s Matt Quinlan, Kurtis Gibbs, Alex Berger and Miguel Encarnacion represented the landlord, Lupoli Companies, owner and property manager of Riverwalk. Lupoli Companies is spearheaded by Sal Lupoli, Mary DeDonato (Lupoli) and Scott Moreau. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, Stephen Gould, with Petra Flynn, Blake Baldwin, Matt Livingston, and Paul Ferraro serving as the tenant’s brokers.

Stephen Gould delivers packaging, sourcing and product development solutions to Fortune 500 brands across a range of industries. This location will support the company’s continued growth and regional operations in New England.

The Stephen Gould lease contributes to significant leasing momentum at Riverwalk throughout 2025. In the last 12 months, more than 60,000 s/f of leases and renewals have been completed across office, retail, medical, and flex space
