NB Development Group leases 1,650 s/f to The Bagel Table for 3rd location

Boston, MA According to NB Development Group, The Bagel Table will join the Boston Landing community. The Bagel Table will encompass 1,650 s/f on the ground floor of 80 Guest St., home to the Warrior Ice Arena.

The Bagel Table began in 2014, serving bagels at farmers markets across Greater Boston and
MetroWest. After success with their bagel stands at markets and “pop-ups” across eastern Mass., The Bagel Table opened their first brick and mortar shop at The Street in Chestnut Hill, followed by their second location in Ashland, Mass.

“The Bagel Table is excited and proud to announce that we are joining the vibrant community at Boston Landing with our third location. We will feature our traditional New York style crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside bagels along with some new offerings,” said Ed Eglitis, partner, The Bagel Table.

“NB Development Group is proud to welcome The Bagel Table to our growing list of specially curated retail tenants here at Boston Landing. Located in a unique space that provides access to both Guest Street and the Warrior Ice Arena lobby, The Bagel Table’s menu is sure to become a staple for tenants, residents and visitors to the area,” said Erin Harvey, senior leasing and marketing manager, NB Development Group.

The Bagel Table will join a group of retailers including: The New Balance Global Flagship Store; Rail Stop Restaurant and Bar; NB Fitness Club; Kohi Coffee Co.; The Flatbread Company Brighton; Cambridge Naturals; and Mainely Burgers at Boston Landing.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
