NB Development Group leases 98,000 s/f to Bose at 80 Guest Street

Boston, MA According to NB Development Group, Bose Corporation will be leasing 98,000 s/f at Boston Landing’s 80 Guest St. starting in summer 2018. 

“We are excited to welcome Bose, a global company that is headquartered locally and recognized for their technology and innovation, to Boston Landing,” said Jim Halliday, managing director at NB Development Group.  “The Bose transaction brings our 80 Guest St. property to near 100% leased and puts its imprint on the transformative nature and innovative spirit that is Boston Landing as the western gateway into Boston.”

Representing Bose was McCall & Almy, while Transwestern’s Steve Purpura and Perry Beal worked with the NB Development Group team of Jim Halliday, Bob Graham, Erin Harvey, and Keith Craig on behalf of the landlord.
