Doug Nedde of Nedde Real Estate has brokered a lease between G.S. Blodgett Corp. and Nedde/Essex, LLC. Blodgett leased 100,000 s/f of manufacturing space at 19 Thompson Dr., the former North American headquarters of Huber+Suhner. Blodgett purchased Market Forge Industries, Inc., located in Everett, Mass., and is in the process of moving the business to 19 Thompson Dr. Nedde Real Estate is a full service commercial real estate firm specializing in acquisitions, development and brokerage.
