Nedde of Redstone sells 13,000 s/f former Freedom Nissan dealership
Doug Nedde of Redstone represented the buyer Catamount/South Burlington, LLC in the $1.8 million purchase of the former Freedom Nissan dealership, a 13,000 s/f commercial building and 2.8 acres located at 1795 Shelburne Rd.
Mike Simoneau of Geri Reilly Real Estate represented the seller J.W.J. Realty, Inc.
