Nedde Real Estate brokers 6,258 s/f lease with Donahue & Associates

Burlington, VT Doug Nedde of Nedde Real Estate has brokered a lease between North Star Leasing and Cresta Cooper Nedde, LLC with Steve Donahue of Donahue & Associates for 6,258 s/f. 

North Star Leasing will be moving their office to newly renovated 747 Pine St. North Star Leasing has provided plumbing, restaurant, logging, packaging and small manufacturing equipment financing to businesses across the country since 1979. This move will double their facility space, enabling the company’s planned expansion from 24 employees to 44.
