Nedde Real Estate leases 25,405 s/f to Champlain College

Champlain College has leased 40 Sears Ln., a 25,405 s/f building. Doug Nedde of Nedde Real Estate represented the landlord RFC Realty LLC. Champlain College will be utilizing this building for campus wide physical plant maintenance.
