Colchester, VT Nedde Real Estate has brokered six sales and lease transactions in Vermont.

Nedde Real Estate has sold 46-72 Heineberg Dr. in Colchester, two apartment buildings. Jaeger Nedde and Fernando Cresta represented the sellers William Metro and Sally Stockwell. Linda Letourneau of V/T Commercial represented the buyer Sisters and Brothers Investment Group LLP in this transaction.

Nedde Real Estate has sold 55-57 Main St. in Burlington. 55-57 Main St. is a 3,397 s/f mixed-use building. Nedde and Cresta represented the seller Olga Rullan. Lake Point Properties, LLC represented the buyer Court Street Associate, Inc.

Nedde and Cresta brokered the lease of 4,388 s/f of flex space at 10 Farrell St., South Burlington to Momentum Physical Therapy, PLC. Nedde and Cresta assisted the tenant and the landlord Ten Farrell Street Corp.

Nedde Real Estate has completed the sale of 308 Blakely Rd., Colchester, a 6,888 s/f commercial building. Nedde represented the buyer 308 Blakely Road, LLC and Cresta represented the seller Paradox Properties, LLC.

Nedde and Cresta brokered the lease of 51,500 s/f of refrigerated space at 133 Elm St., Winooski, to Agri-Mark, Inc. d/b/a Cabot Creamery. Nedde and Cresta assisted the landlord Catamount/Riverside Company and the tenant in this transaction.

Nedde Real Estate has completed the sale of 6,021 s/f warehouse at 3 Calkins Ct., South Burlington, to Cold Hollow Contracting Inc. Nedde represented the buyer and Cresta represented the seller Calkins Family Limited Partnership.
