Nedde Real Estate signs 14,000 s/f lease at City Center in Montpelier

Nedde Real Estate has signed a new lease with the Vermont League of Cities and Towns at City Center. City Center is located at 89 Main St. A planned fit-up to expand on the space they currently reside in will result in 14,000 s/f of total space dedicated to the Vermont League of Cities and Towns. Doug Nedde is the owner of the City Center Montpelier building and broker/owner of Nedde Real Estate. City Center also holds the secretary of state's offices, the New England Culinary Institute, Skinny Pancake, Artisan's Hand, Edward Jones, AT&T, Vermont Bankers Association and Onion River Community Access. It also contains an onsite parking garage.
