According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor, has leased approximately 1,500 s/f of retail space at 2285 Whitney Ave., a multi-tenanted building with retail, office, service and medical tenants. Nesson represented the landlord, 368 LLC, while Albert Scafati, senior commercial advisor of the same office, represented the tenant, Antiques On Whitney.
Melrose, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have facilitated the sale of 47 units spread across two multi-family properties in totaling $13.7 million. Kelleher and Pentore facilitated the sale of 333 Main St. and 447 Pleasant St.
