Nesson of Press/Cuozzo leases 1,500 s/f at 950 Yale Plaza
Wallingford, CT Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor at Press|Cuozzo leased the remaining 1,500 s/f unit at 950 Yale Plaza. Nesson represented 950 Yale Avenue, LLC, who is the landlord and advised the tenant, Julio Rodriguez of the Tattoo Emporium on this long-term lease.
Yale Plaza, a 66,000 s/f retail office complex is located off Rte. 5 and the parkway Rte. 15. With the execution of this lease the complex is now 100% leased.
