Nesson of Press/Cuozzo leases 1,500 s/f to Pig Rig BBQ in Wallingford

Senior associate Joel Nesson of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services was the sole broker on the leasing of 1,500 s/f at the active Yale Plaza location at 950 Yale Ave. The tenant, New England Concessions, will operate Pig Rig BBQ restaurant at this location in addition to their very popular food truck. The landlord is 950 Yale Avenue, LLC.
