Nesson of Press/Cuozzo leases 1,500 s/f to Pig Rig BBQ in Wallingford
Senior associate Joel Nesson of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services was the sole broker on the leasing of 1,500 s/f at the active Yale Plaza location at 950 Yale Ave.
The tenant, New England Concessions, will operate Pig Rig BBQ restaurant at this location in addition to their very popular food truck. The landlord is 950 Yale Avenue, LLC.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
