Neville Companies, Inc. was selected by Stonewater WTH Funding, LLC of Mount Kisco, N.Y. to manage The Office Park at Water Tower Hill.
Located on Mountain View Dr., the office park consists of three Class A office structures. Water Tower Hill is situated with access from exit 16 off I-89 in a setting that has views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains.
Comprised of 140,000 s/f, Water Tower Hill's tenants include Competitive Computing, Mortgage Financial, National Life, Verizon, Vermont Managed Care, KPMG, Inc. and the United States Department of Agriculture.
Neville's Vermont headquarters will handle the management of the Water Tower Hill assignment under the supervision of Roger Tyler, director of property management and Kristy Jankowski, property manager.
Neville manages properties throughout New England.
